Enables the following features for X-Trans sensors:
Exposure bracketing
Hotpixel correction
Does not negatively impact the images I've seen, but none of them had a hot pixel (that I could find) so I have not been able to test if it correctly removes them.
16-bit output
Seems to work for DxO and Capture One, does not work for RawTherapee.
Closes #26.
