The PR does not negatively impact the Bayer images, and seems to produce only minor differences on the few XTrans images that I have access to. Importantly, the hot pixel suppression does not eat any of the stars from the one burst of XTrans images I have access to.
This will likely require further work in the future to properly tune the strength of the filtering, but that will require many more photos.
