XTrans burst show a larger decrease in sharpness than expected for the same settings based on experience with Bayer bursts. #46 was an attempt to address this based on some discussions, but the result appears to produce color splotches in some newer bursts that I've tested with. A different solution is needed, including a better investigation into why it's occurring in the first place, though without access to an XTrans camera to produce test bursts at will this may be slow going.
