Question marks printing in longitude instead of the minute (') character and second (") character in PDF's only #76

The longitudes are showing normally for the screen charts, but when I print a chart to a PDF, the longitudes are showing question marks instead of the minute and second character.

Also, I'm getting this error: 10:03:16 PM: Failed to open '.\resources\vchart\10vedic.json' for reading (error 3: the system cannot find the path specified.) 10:03:16 PM: Failed to retrieve file times for '.\resources\vchart\10vedic.json' (error 3: the system cannot find the path specified.) 10:03:16 PM: config directory .\resources\vchart\ does not exist

work around: menu>extras>configuration > vedic astrology> user interface>planets and signs>tick vedic position format
