I was hoping you can help me, Iv'e installed the program on a 2008 server (and .net 4.5) and it works perfectly. However I have installed it on 2012 and the automatic backups work however the backup now button doesn't. I had an issue in workbench where I had to add the correct mysqldump.exe path, could this be the same issue?
