Add type: modifier #1

Much like bundle: and view-mode:, type: will allow targeting a field when it's a certain type. This will be most useful in templates but could be useful for specific field definitions in edge cases.

Actually, make it field-type. The other target keys will be view-mode and content-type to make things clearer in the JSON
