Fix unexpected creation of duplicated folder #19

Issue description

Whenever vagrant up is run a copy of the ssh folder (and its contents) is created in the same folder as .ssh on the host machine. This shouldn't happen.

Development task

[x] Find the source of this unnecessary duplication
[x] Fix it and test it
