Add ports configuration

Issue description

Add to the VagrantFile the list of ports mappings so that the host machine can access those ports.

Development task

• [x] Modify the VagrantFile to achieve the issue goal
• [x] Test the script using vagrant up or vagrant provision
• [x] See on the virtual box side the the mappings are there
