Add git configuration to vagrant

Issue description

Add git installation rules so it can be automatically installed in the VM.

This will likely be done in the Ansible script

Development task

• [x] Add git section to Ansible's playbook for the vagrant (wasn't necessary)
• [x] Test it

Git package is already included by default in the Alma Linux 9 vagrant box, so no extra steps for installation are needed.
