Implement AGIC #7

My dream is to have here a complete example of an AKS deployment with an AppGateway + WAF. Whether it's an AppGW with AGIC or whether it's the new AppGW for Containers - I think we need a WAF to be able to talk about WAF, right?

ant the Bicep template contains AppGW deployment + identities needed for the ingress container to be able to deploy rules into AppGW, but something is missing. If I create a LoadBalancer of that app gateway type, it never truly "comes online" - if I recall correctly, the status is "registering".

AGIC add-on for AKS expects Service to be in the default namespace - moved the todo-app to the default namespace and all is fine.
