Add my lightning talk

User Story: I want to be able to add my lightning talks

• Add a lightning talk on a topic of my choosing
• Not have to re enter my name and details every time I add a talk

Acceptance Criteria:

Adding a talk:

• [x] user adds talk details to the form
• [x] user selects a time and date for their talk
• [ ] user can see times and dates that are already booked up in the time and date pickers
• [ ] user can check the coursebook and gitter at a quick glance to check if there are any events or obligations that will clash with their proposed time
• [x] user enters talk, which gets entered in the database
• [x] user can view their talk in the list of talks
• [x] user can see their list of talks update after they add one in the dashboard
