Bump version number to match the release #120

Continuing to next available version: binary reported version ("1.9.4") is different from the expected "1.9.5", skipping
could not install any compatible version of plugin "github.com/martinbaillie/ami-copy"

It looks like the version bump was forgotten in the 1.9.5 release.

Hi, did it already here. Also updated all go dependencies: https://github.com/martinbaillie/packer-plugin-ami-copy/pull/119

Yes, I did see that and thank you. I built a release of my own to use it in the meantime and figured it was really easy to do a PR and mention again that the current release is broken. It your gets accepted then this one should be rejected as unnecessary.
