Feature/53 gif + video example #54

This will add a very simple RGB4 video example , both for PlasticLogic and Parallel epapers driven by EPDiy. It will also introduce epdiy as a component linked a submodule. This is better so it's up to date but also since it's disabled by default, only the people that use parallel can do the submodule fetch:

git submodule update --init --recursive

Just in case they want to use an EPDiy board or Lilygo EPD47 epaper.
