[BUG] Diff game modes handle ondeath differently #374

Details

Either: a.) merge ondeath with game engine, add optional override b.) upgrade old game modes with new ondeath

What this will fix:

So if you die in ffa your tank is set to ded

and in duels if ur opponent gets a kill with /kill spike, or dyna, then he wins the round

Tdn is the same as duels but more people

**in tdm or duels if ur opponent gets a kill you don't die but they win the round***
