emergency sheild rework/nerf/whatever

new emergency sheild

• 10 sec cooldown
• make same health as ur hp when it activates (the original idea)
• make it so that the emergency shield disappears after 3 seconds*** (encourages using the emergency shield as a means of escape rather than a means to be aggressive)
• make emergency shield count as a separate shield from the normal one (maybe make emergency shield green?) (would need to be considered a separate shield to keep from being annoying and/or causing bugs between the shields)

*** or it could be a decay that lasts over a period of 3 seconds (-30% shield hp per sec (yes i know this is not exact))

YES YES YES YES YES YES YES, I HATE EMERGENCY SHIELDS. I'm fighting someone and they just get plus 100 hp every 10 secs meaning they, get low get the shield and then flat and unless I hit 100 damage on a flatting target they can live and possibly kill me. add EVERYTHING Evan just said.
