[BUG] Cell Issues #616

What Sometimes, usually after a map change, cells will be either broken, out of range, or not give accurate data.

Examples TDM unloading players

Defense AI completely glitch out

AI can randomly cause a crash

Possible Reasons Engine.loadCells could be not putting entities in the right cells Overriding could be affecting the viewport?

Debugging - Possible Solutions Handle crashing accesses to this.cells to log x and y and see if they are out of range. Compare /newmap to TDM map changes

Defense and Singleplayer are the main problems. AI crashing is now normally because of something with teams.
