yes to removing iframes bc it should just be for reflecting stuff like bullets. not iframing through airstrikes and warrior boosts and such

new buff to reflect: make it so instead of reflected bullets getting bounced off like a mirror, they do a 180. this makes the reflected bullets more likely to hit your attacker, especially missiles.

or, they simply pass thru u, so like if I'm in ur face, u don't get an extra 2 shotguns while I cant deal damage to u

Tactical has half the oppritunities to deal damage with it's class ability, therefore reflect counters it more Warrior boost outlasts reflect's duration, whereas tactical is a one time hit.
