BUG: Colorpicker HSL values do not match GUI #25

BUG -

Note that in this pic the HSL is 100% and 79% -- but... Capture

...when the picker window comes up... it's showing @ 50% Saturation, and 100% Lightness... Untitled-1

Can you please report this directly in PowerToys since this functionality is implemented only there, not in my ColorPicker which is hosted here?
