Add net8.0 target

• Add target for net8.0.
• Fix new code analysis warnings.
• Mark net8.0 as AoT compatible.
• Bump version to 0.4.0.
• Update package baseline.
• Remove redundant MSBuild properties.
• Remove methodDisplayOptions override.
• Remove FakeEntrypoint and just expose the Program class.
• Add contact details.
• Tidy up formatting if .github templates.
• Update solution items.
