minor question about place #9

contains two streams to the right of the characters,

should only the first be encoded as ruby and the second as note or are these both rts: what would be the attribute values for @place here right and right-right

granted this is extremely rare in my view.

Why not two rts? For this kind of document, @place could be overridden to have values right1 and right2, or something like that.
