Sending scroll wheel message to the TCP does not really work...

Fix the scrolling, Mousewheel scroll over MFXlist sends message to TCP, but the arrange view is scrolled! Also, Ctrl+Mousewheel in track area does not work correctly.

Is this a focus issue?

"As expected" means that the behavior is the same whether wheel is over the TCP or MFXlist.

• Plain Mousewheel scrolls the arrange view (and then zooms it when it reaches its beginning). This is not as expected, plain Mousewheel on TCP simply scrolls the TCP up/down.
• Shift+Mousewheel seems to work as expected. It is tied to custom command and works the same whether wheel is over TCP or MFXlist.
• Ctrl+Mousewheel seems to almost work as expected, except the first scroll message focuses the (previously) selected track! Are the mouse-coords sent to the TCP correct?
• Alt+Mouswheel seems to work as expected, it horizontally scrolls the arrange view.
• Shift+Ctrl+Mousehweel seems to work as expected, it expands/contracts the topmost selected track.
• Shift+Alt does not do anything here, it is not assigned to any action, so that is as expected.
• Shift+Ctrl+Alt+Mousewheel does not do anything here, it is not assigned to any action, so that is as expected.

Ctrl+Mousewheel behaves strangely. When Ctrl+wheeling over TCP, the track under the mouse cursor is kept in focus and teh other tracks zoom out from it upwards and downwards.

Some of the scroll wheel issues have been fixed.

• Plain Wheel now scrolls (almost) as expected
• Shit+Wheel behaves as expected
• Ctrl+Wheel does not really work as expected, see above
• Alt+Wheel seems to work as expected
• Shift+Ctrl+Wheel seems to work as expected
• Shift+Alt+Wheel is not assigned anything here, so... I guess it works as expected
• Ctrl+Alt+Wheel works as expected
• Shift+Ctrl+Alt+Wheel is not assigned anything here, so...

Basically, only Ctrl+Wheel does not work as expected in v 0.9.0.
