Make colors of drop indicator user settable... #22

Currently, the colors of the drop indicator that signify "copy" and "move", respectively, are hard coded to be green and blue. This should be user settable, so there should be variables

MFXlist.COLOR_DROPMOVE
MFXlist.COLOR_DROPCOPY

available and used.
