Shift+Ctrl+click FX could open dialog to rename FX... #27

Shift+Ctrl-clicking an FX in MFXlist currently does nothing. One thing it could do would be to open a simple dialog to allow the FX to be renamed. Compare hitting F2 on the FX browser dialog.

OK, good idea, except... there seems to be no API to rename an FX instance. There is no TrackFX_SetName.

No! Shift+Ctrl+click FX should offline, like it does in the mixer! The choice to use Ctrl+Alt+click F for offline was rather arbitrary, and it is better to follow the convention that already exists. Maybe Ctrl+Alt+click FX could open dialog to rename FX...
