Birdview plots

@martinfleis can you remind me if we were already happy with those plots? or does something needs to be updated? (birdview of each city where a banana threshold was found; only the FUA area in grey and the identified artifacts in red; pasting an example here)

We wanted to change them a bit. I think we wanted the FUA boundary only as an outline (dotted, dashed?).

like so? without any background... // the fua polygons do not completely fill the FUA area because of how they are generated with the polygonzation so if we plot the "true blocks" additionally it looks like this:
