These and quite a few other codes don't align to the codes that are in this recent ward codes in this file: https://data.london.gov.uk/download/indices-of-deprivation/552e77be-ddb2-416b-a99b-32ead291115b/London%20wards%20id2019%20summary%20measures.xlsx

I had corrected Bow East to the code: E05009319 in the topo_wards.json file it is listed as E05000576
