Description

As a customer, I want to be logged out when being inactive because I don't want anyone else to access my account when I'm away.

Acceptance criteria

[x] A user is logged out after a set amount of time after being inactive
[x] If a user does any action, the timer is reset
[x] The time-based logout is deleted
