A website for working with a contract portfolio that can be bought into by other corporations. The central function of the portal allows for viewing these contracts and using them to receive discounts on purchases.
As a user, I want to be able to see old notifications by scrolling in the status update box so that I can view stuff that doesn't fit on the frontpage.
Acceptance criteria
[x] The notification menu is scroll-able by a user to access old notifications.
[x] Users don't see the notification menu if they do not have any notifications.
