Bug: Changing user password does not work #167

Repro:

  1. Log in as admin
  2. Create user with a password
  3. Log out as admin and sign in as the user
  4. Log out as user and sign in as admin again
  5. Edit user password
  6. Log out as admin and try to sign in as the user
