Description

As a contract manager, I want to be able to delete notifications from the Admin page so that i can delete irrelevant notifications

Acceptance criteria

[x] There is a delete button on the admin page to delete notifications
[x] A popup gets shown when trying to delete a contract, asking for confirmation
[x] Notifications are removed from the DB when the button is clicked
[x] The notification list is updated when a notification is removed from the DB
