Description

As a stakeholder I want to a nice login indicator so that my customer get a professional feeling about us.

Acceptance criteria

[x] There is a nice animation indicating that the site is loading
[x] The indicator is always centered in the element that it is inside
[x] Everywhere where there is loading, the same component is used
