Document data content of all MIMIC III files #1

CHARTEVENTS.csv and LABEVENTS.csv seem to both contain lab test result information, but CHARTEVENTS.csv has hadm_id while LABEVENTS.csv contains NaN value for all hadm_id. Based on this, using CHARTEVENTS.csv is most appropriate

Many CSV files have the field ITEMID which raises the question of are they mutual exclusive and collectively exhaustive?
