A single form where users can add one-off rating to a batch of players.
The ratings do not need to be associated with a game but can be across a time range
Could select the time range and only expose the PAGs that player in that time range, could do this via query string to make it linkable.
The idea is that I want to ask the player to add rating in general to check that my admin ratings are fair and accurate
