Player object

An object that provides

• All the details from PlayerEntity
• The average rating for the player
• The balance for the player
• How many games the player has been to
• Other stats?

Does not include any lists (like transactions or games)

PlayerService only ever exposes this object, not PlayerEntity.

This is a trial for same approaches with other entity objects with a view to stopping the bleed of ITableEntity
