the attachment is my prototxt,but the result is the same as the original,it seems that nothing happened? what's wrong?

@dongzhuoyao ,hi,i can not download the vgg16_20M.caffemodel through the shell './get_DeepLab_LargeFOV_voc12_data.sh' or just from the url 'http://ccvl.stat.ucla.edu/ccvl/init_models/vgg16_20M.caffemodel'.can you email me the vgg16_20M.caffemodel?my email is mkfine@zju.edu.cn,thanks.
