Adjust the Data Acquisition plan in our project proposal, since that is what Danny wanted to see. Mostly reformating, but also adding which is future steps and which steps we are actually going to do in this project.

I am going to put this on hold until the outline has been made so that I know whether it is important for me to continue this or someone else is going to take it over.
