Find missing signals to enable stop and go support for following models

Preglobal Forester, Levorg, WRX
- [x] Car_Follow
Crosstrek Hybrid 2020 - find ES_Distance equivalent
- [ ] Car_Follow
- [ ] Close_Distance

Preglobal Forester, Levorg, WRX Car_Follow:

also found one common signal with other preglobal models:
