Added firmware versions provided by TaylorH for his 2018 Outback. #79

Added some firmware versions to CAR.OUTBACK_PREGLOBAL_2018 for TaylorH, whose car was recognized under FP1 but stopped being recognized under FP2. His Outback is recognized with this change; that's all the testing I'm able to do.
