Executables left behind after tests run

For some reason, I'm seeing three executables left in my image directory after running tests:

Each test is supposed to remove its executable after running; don't know why those three aren't.

Fixed various minor bugs in the way FogTest cleanup was handled -- all tests now clean up after themselves.
