1) start- and end timestamps for queries when in minute or hour period.
2) 1) may cause stat to calculate wrong results e.g. maxima tables (which is daily and also returns previous day when start timestamp holds beginning of day in utc of rlog timezone (which is then 23:00 UTC of previous day))
