Smart meter total energy consumtion should use end date #45

smartMeterNow should not always return current value but the one from the end date.

well, it looks like it must be a bit smarter: now there is None in the monthly or yearly view when it is not the last day of the period ...

i think i fixed that some time ago (postgres branch)
