Furthermore, on the issue of Chinese characters, we have added a planned enhancement to address symbols, which includes Chinese symbols, in NAME
as well.

Chinese names such as 敬凯 cannot be entered into the application. This is a feature flaw as people with Chinese names will be difficult to enter into the application.
