Error with UG stating that a non-zero unsigned integer INDEX will display an error

The UG states that if INDEX is a non-zero unsigned integer, error message will be shown "Invalid command format..."

However, it should be if INDEX is NOT a non-zero unsigned integer, ...

This typo occurs in the delete and edit commands
