Update installation documentation for Raspberry Pi to take account of recent changes to the recommended OS.

The recommended OS distributed and supported by Raspberry Pi Ltd is now known as The Raspberry Pi Operating System (RasPiOS)
The October 2023 release of RasPiOS based on Debian 12 Bookworm means that installation of BlueDot by means of sudo pip3 install bluedot is no longer viable.
