It should be possible to select from a choice of structure editors, to include MarvinSketch (for example).
MarvinSketch is closed source, so cannot be included as-is. Code should be written to handle structure editing with MarvinSketch with config options to allow the admin to enable MarvinSketch and give a path to the binary.
