Support for general authenticate INS 87 #261

Does GPPro supports general authenticate command CLA 87? Usually this is is used by PIV applet before loading certificates

GPPro supports secure channels and related commands, so I'd assume not (unless PIV applets use global platform secure channels for certificate loading, which they may or may not)
