Fixed issue, for invalid dates in CPLC, and printing the card recognition data, allowing Format 2 from 2.3 Spec:

Only dates in CPLC with 0000 value are allowed as invalid value, while some manufacturers also use FFFF as invalid/ non perso date.
Parsing Card Recognition data was not supporting Format 2 specified on Card Spec 2.3.

I only tested it with Format-2 cards, but should be backwards compatible, can you check it?

Also added support for ECC key parsing in Key Information Template.

I left some TODO's check them out and let me know if you need me to modify anything. If I have time I may add support for SCP11
