Bunch of changes #7

  1. Made it compile. Commented out few lines of code and change Gradle version.
  2. Remove not required permissions
  3. Added code to allow Google Backup... but commented it out.
  4. Change few lines of deprecated code and fixed warnings.
  5. Fix issue where the system UI stayed visible by trying again 2 seconds later.
  6. Added small, medium and large size in preferences.
  7. Device with available width of 600dp have large setting by default, they also have larger text (independent from size setting)
