systemd 251-rc2 fixes #181

srpm failed due to new git security "fix". https://github.com/packit/packit-service/pull/1497 fixes that, but let's just move to building the srpm in COPR.

Let's wait until the packit team deploys the workaround for the recent git security "fix" (aka breakage..). I want to do a new release, and for that I'd really like to get green packit tests. In the meantime, I added some FMF integration test for Fedora/RHEL gating.
