Margin padding #17

Hello,

In this pull request I added two option in the preference that would allow to change the margin-left (of all tray icon) and padding of each button.

I was trying to find a way in which my tray icons and other extensions in panel would have the same look and size that's why I needed to change these two options.

Padding of each button: image Margin-left of all tray icons: image
