Add multiple shell versions #56

A recent change switched from shell version 40 to 41, which breaks compatibility with 40 - it will now only load in 41. Unless there are actual incompatibilities, the shell version should include all versions which actually work, not only the latest.

For me is really convenient to target one platform. GNOME 41 didn't even land yet in Arch Linux so it is awkward but :man_shrugging:

And that means..? To everyone unlucky enough to not have gnome 41 - don't use the current version of this extension?
Remember that most distros lag behind Arch a lot - and even Arch does not have v41.

As of this commit, it works perfectly in gnome 40. If you only want to target the latest release I recommend mentioning that in the readme...
